How do I apply for an integration certification?

The application process is fast and easy: You need to fill out the following  contact form with information about your company and confirm your intention of becoming a member of the Entimo Alliance Partner Program. Within a short time you will receive an email confirming your membership.

How much does it cost?

The program membership is free. You will need to pay the initial training, although at a discounted rate.

How long does it take to complete certification training?

The initial training will take two or three days. However a number of preparations need to be made and the training resources need to be scheduled in advance. A typical certification based on pre-defined entimICE use cases is finished within roughly 1-1.5 months.

What do I need to prepare?

Once we have signed a contract to conduct the training, you will be assigned a dedicated contact person. The person will schedule a training date with you and help you prepare for the training. The training can be either conducted remotely or on-site. Once the training is successfully concluded, you will receive a certificate and corresponding badges that you can use to promote your successful certification to your customers. Your tier will be listed online in our directory within a few days. Certification is valid worldwide.

What are the benefits of completing the certification?

Once the certification training is completed, you will receive a number of benefits from the Entimo Alliance Partner Program corresponding with your tier. Click here to find out about the benefits for each partner tier.

How can I get access to the necessary test systems?

Once you have achieved the Expert tier, you are permitted to have your own installation of the entimICE product suite. If you wish to get a test system, contact Entimo via your designated email account. You will receive a complementary demo license agreement with further instructions. Note that you are not allowed to use the test system for business purposes.

Can I hire a third party to operate the system on behalf of our company?

Test system users do not necessarily have to be employees of your company. However, it is your duty to make sure that any third party consultants assigned to work with the test system and/or product documentation sign a non-disclosure agreement with your company. Moreover, these third parties are not allowed to use Entimo's trademarks (badges etc.) licensed to the partner unless they have successfully completed initial training provided by Entimo or any partner having certified trainers.

How long do I keep my tier status?

The Registered status can be kept until you decide to give up your membership of the program. For the Advanced and Expert tier, you need to prove to Entimo that your organization members have taken part in at least in one entimICE training within a three-year period. For the Expert tier in addition, you need to prove to Entimo that you have trained at least three employees within three years. For the Strategic tier in addition, you need to prove to Entimo that you have trained at least five employees within three years. If you do not fulfill the tier requirements, you status will be downgraded at the end of the term.
