Access to the Partner Portal

Entimo offers all registered partners access to a web-based “Entimo Online Community”. The groupware application is used for communication, document sharing, as well as problem reporting and tracking, and is accessible via the Internet. Each Expert and Strategic partner will receive a partner account.

Dedicated Partner Management

Strategic partners will receive a dedicated partner manager to directly support the partner's business needs. All other partner tiers will channel communication via a designated email account. Phone and face-to-face communication will be driven by concrete business needs.

Product Roadmap Briefings

With every major and minor release of the entimICE product suite, Entimo will offer to Expert, Strategic and Technical partners the corresponding product release notes. In addition, Entimo will conduct a web-based overview session with a live demonstration of new features.

Product Documentation Access

Partners with the corresponding access level will receive a partner copy of all available product user and administration guides as well as a comprehensive package of training materials.

Training Discounts

Upon your acceptance in the partner program, your team is eligible for one initiation training session on Entimo’s premises (2.5 days) as well as three online follow-up sessions (1h each) free of charge. All registered partners will get a 50% discount on the regular price of all training programs offered by Entimo.

Test System Access

Expert and Strategic partners are allowed to have their own test installation of the entimICE product suite for demonstration and training purposes after the establishment of a complementary demo license agreement.

Partner-level Product Support

For partners with their own entimICE installations, Entimo offers free product-related support with email-based case submission (3rd level, no SLA) and proactive alerts.

Access to Expert Services

Our Expert, Strategic and Technical partners have priority access to Entimo consultants if they need help with entimICE projects and beyond (Note: A separate service framework agreement between the partner and Entimo is required).

Sales Awareness

You can get your sales team up to speed through our free sales awareness training. In this one-hour, web-based module we will guide your sales reps through the sales process from beginning to end, and explain to them the business value proposition of the entimICE product suite as well as the key pain points it addresses.

Marketing Documentation Access

All registered partners have access to the up-to-date flyers and fact sheets published on the web page as well as white papers and other marketing collaterals to facilitate greater market exposure of the entimICE product suite.

Lead Demo Support

Entimo offers demo support for all registered partners. If you need to create customized demos or conduct proofs of concept for your leads and customers, our consultants will help you analyze the use scenarios and help configure examples to address demo use cases and showcase the system's capabilities.

Joint Customer Account Planning

Entimo’s Strategic partners will develop with their dedicated partner managers a set of key account objectives which are in line with each partner’s business needs, and action plans to accomplish these objectives. Representatives of the partner’s sales organization will work closely with their partner managers to review the state of their accounts on a regular basis.

Joint Go-to-market Planning

Strategic partners benefit from joint marketing efforts that help increase market awareness and drive demand for your services around entimICE product implementations. Together with the partner manager or management board member, both parties will continuously work to achieve:
• Clear expectations of the partnership and each other's roles and responsibilities
• Common understanding of the business potential
• Improved resource utilization that leverages the combined resources
• Coordination of activities to best promote the partnership internally and externally
• Alignment of partner messaging and communications to existing and potential customers
