As a reliable, long-term partner entimo also submits to objective outside evaluation to ensure that we are meeting standards within our industry, and that we are living up to commitments on quality management, sustainability, emissions and disclosure.

Quality management

ISO 9001:2015

entimo provides products and services to the highly regulated pharmaceutical industry. Practical compliance has been a key goal since the foundation of the company in 2002. Our Quality Management System (QMS) not only defines all of our core business processes, policies and SOPs, it is designed for change and improvement. The entimo QMS first earned an ISO 9001 certification in the year 2003, and it has continued to meet updated ISO requirements up through the current ISO 9001: 2015 standard. The entimo QMS is updated annually and improved, driven by changed laws and regulations, industry trends, and internal proposals. The Quality Management System is audited annually and has been re-certified bi-annually by an independent third party, TÜV Süd Germany, successfully since 2003.

Sustainability and disclosure

entimo is living up to the company’s green color and putting considerable emphasis on environmental, social and economic sustainability. In the scope of our efforts, we are conducting business aligned with our sustainability policy and are striving to progress towards our ambitious goals regarding carbon neutrality, reduced waste production, and water consumption. We are making sure that our employees are working in a secure and diverse environment. We are working with business partners who share the same values. Because sustainable supply chains require transparency, we are disclosing our sustainability achievements to EcoVadis, our carbon emissions to CDP, and we are committing to SBTi.

EcoVadis

Ecovadis is a global disclosure and reporting agency for sustainability supply chain management, and entimo has disclosed our information to EcoVadis annually since 2022. We have consistently ranked in the top quarter of companies of similar size in our industry. Reporting includes general CSR, labor and human rights, environmental concerns, ethics, and sustainable procurement in our supply chain. The relationship with EcoVadis is also iterative, as they make suggestions for improvement and we continually review and update our corporate sustainability policies.

CDP

Founded in 2000 as the Carbon Disclosure Project, CDP is a global disclosure and reporting hub for carbon emissions, and entimo has disclosed data to them annually since 2023. We have already reduced our scope 1 and 2 emissions to zero in 2024, achieving this goal four years ahead of plan. Currently, entimo is working on measuring and reducing scope 3 upstream and downstream emissions more holistically.

SBTi

This global initiative leads the way to net-zero economies with science-based emission reduction targets. After consultations, SBTi approved entimo's temperature alignment target of 1.5°C by reducing scope 1 and scope 2 emissions of greenhouse gases by 42% from a 2023 baseline by 2030, and also to measure and reduce scope 3 emissions. We are confident of reaching these goals on or before the target date.
