entimICE EverKeep is designed to optimize operational and maintenance cost over long periods of time, based on a small technology footprint and optimal use of cost-efficient storage technologies based on AWS S3 standard, flexible retrieval and deep glacier.

Can we use data and metadata stored in entimICE EverKeep directly without exporting it?

Not yet. Currently, the entimICE EverKeep is a pure archive solution and thus all data and metadata are locked, and must be exported before further processing. However, entimo is exploring how to evolve entimICE EverKeep into an entimICE LakeKeep, a fully GxP compliant data archive and data lake, supporting large-scale data processing on archived and real-world data.
